Watches are very simular to printers as they only fill them half full when you purchase a new printer. Watches Like these only have a cheap battery in them and there is no way of telling battery life. So that is the reason we state we cannot guarantee battery life in our ad and it would be not viable to do so either at these prices. However we make sure the watch is going and if it is dead we replace the battery. Any other problems with the watch as stated on the warranty card we will honour.
Just remember we are here to help and to make sure you are satisfied apart from a flat battery. So you need to see if the battery is the problem and if you can put one in your self that will be a lot cheaper. If it is not the battery then we will need it back here so our warranty team can see what is wrong and either fix or organize a replacement, set for you.
